Lotus Browser does not work with SSL

On Ubuntu Hardy the Lotus Notes Browser does not work with any site that uses SSL. I just get the install the PSM message. I tried installing mozilla-psm but that just installs Seamonkey.

This appears to be Lotus issue. In Firefox SSL works fine.
